Ibiam, Terkaa Philemond is a result oriented, determined, diligent, dynamic, versatile, knowledged and experienced Microbiologist with demonstrated competence working with Nonprofit organizations as the state program officer executing projects on TB, HIV/AIDS and Community Initiative to promote peace which has given me vast knowledge on project implementation, management, Data triangulation, collation, Monitoring, evaluation and learning also report writing and compilation. I'm an active key team player given to lifelong learning and willing to utilize leadership skills to be in partnership with innovative organizations/programs to implement and enhance sustainability, promote research and improve quality healthcare delivery to disadvantaged, hard to reach areas and at risk populations also Monitoring and Evaluation activities of a project. I'm skilled in Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and use of other computer applications such as MySQLyog, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Collection, Data Use, Project Management and developing an Operational Budget.   • Monitor the broadcast of weekly radio programs and collect proof of airing and recorded programs for dissemination to ARDA.
  • Provide weekly reports of the weekly live radio programs.
  • Provide regular pictorial, video or sound updates from the radio program broadcasts within the state.
  • Provide feedback on radio programs for quality improvement.
  • Prepare expert guests for their appearance on the radio program ensuring they have program outlines and talking points and are sensitized to Do No Harm and media sensitivity before they go on air.
  • Troubleshoot problems at the radio station and ensure programs go smoothly.
  • Support the Consultant Field Officer in implementing community activities and reporting, as required.

  • Update of Patient’s Laboratory order forms and Viral Load Results;

  • Daily entry of HTS/PMTCT records into the EMR;

  • Weekly triangulation of Treatment New patients using facility ART & PMTCT Register for EMR data completeness verification and validation for necessary updates.
  • Daily Back up of facility EMR data after the day’s data management activity.
  • Weekly cleaning of facility EMR data and submission of up to date backup file to supervisor.
  • Daily registration of new and returning patients on the Patient Biometric Solution (PBS) component of the NMRS 2.0 at designated facility.
  • Support scheduled Data Quality Assessment visits and site supervisory visits to the facility.
