I am experienced in HIV/AIDS Programming with over 6 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Validation, Data Analysis, case finding, effective linkage to care, client retention, Commodity Management and effective service delivery. I have diverse work experience in areas including programming, novel tracking IPC for COVID-19, research ethics and confidentiality, project management professional, malaria, OVC, gender-based violence, maternal child health, nutrition, reports writing, information management and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. I am dedicated to meeting both customer and organizational requirements with innovative solutions that maximize efficiency and exceed capability targets.   • o Coordinate ART, PMTCT, TB/HIV, CaCx, GBV, COVID-19, and other related activities at the facility.
  • o Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities and performance of all ad-hoc staff engaged by the ACEBAY project including case managers, Laboratory Support Personnel, data entry clerks, etc.
  • o Facilitate the Reimbursement For Incidentals (RFI) promptly and accurately.
  • o Liaise and coordinate with the local partners of the project operating within the catchment LGAs of the facility or facilities.
  • o Represent the health facility at the daily situation room meetings, weekly project review meetings, and other relevant meetings, and coordinate the participation of other personnel (especially facility staff) in these meetings
  • o Coordinate the submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports (DHIS and LAMIS files, including RADET files, NDR, PrEP reports, TB reports, COVID-19 reports, etc.) to the state.
  • o Conduct weekly data profiling of DPT and RADET file.
  • o Conduct Monthly data profiling of DPT, MSF and RADET file.
  • o Ensure post-clinic reviews are conducted daily and used to drive project implementation.
  • o Be responsible for sustaining a hub-and-spoke relationship between the health facility and community structures for reporting, commodity supply and improving ownership, sustainability, and resilience of the implementation.
  • o Be responsible for galvanizing all facility efforts to meet project expectations in target achievement and quality of care including viral load coverage, client continuity in care, back-to-care efforts, etc.
  • o Coordinate, collate and share relevant documents to necessitate prompt settlement of financial claims for the facility, including timesheets, reimbursement for incidentals, etc.
  • o Maintain an inventory system that adequately forecasts and requests for commodities to prevent stock-out in the health facility
  • o Coordinate the implementation of recommendations from quality improvement teams (e.g., CQI teams, Therapeutic/Switch committees, etc.)
  • o Provide regular feedback to the ACEBAY site backstop and project head office supervisor on activities within the health facility.
