With over eight years of experience in Rural Development, I have administrative and field-based experience in managing several activities, projects and programmes which have delivered a positive impact to the targeted beneficiaries by ensuring the delivery of results through effective and efficient planning, budgeting, and utilization of all resources. I have coordinated many interventions geared at building the capacity of smallholder farmers in Policy, Lobby and Advocacy, Resource Mobilization and Partnership Development, Climate Smart Agriculture, Financial Services, Value Chain Development, Organisational Development, driving Anti-counterfeit campaigns on agricultural inputs across different geographical locations in Uganda. While working with different partners, I have been exposed to working in cross-cultural working environments with Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, national and international NGOs, and different development partners such as USAID, UKAID, European Union, World Bank, GIZ, We Effect and Trias. This has helped me contribute to the transformation of many vulnerable lives through different projects and programmes. I have built a wealth of knowledge and skills in; research, communications and knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, training, leadership, negotiation and building strong teams. I also have very good ICT skills and working knowledge in developing websites, building Management Information Systems and running Social media platforms.
