Supervision and Technical support
● Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of child protection activities in Mubi South.
● Support the development detailed progrm plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, donor requirements, and humanitarian standards.
● Suppot the implementation of interventions, including case management, psychosocial support, and education initiatives.
● Support the training and supervision of the child protection team of staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
● Facilitate capacity-building initiatives to strengthen staff knowledge and expertise in child protection.
● Raise to the line manager new needs in items and services for the implementation of CP activities and participate in the development of PSS and procurement plans.
● Maintain the database on all CP activities.
● Manage and support the performance of CP staff through regular supervision, mentoring, and capacity building.
● Facilitate team meetings, promote a positive work environment, and address any staff-related issues or concerns.

Preparing, executing, managing and implementing a variety of technical and administrative project tasks to facilitate program development, implementation, program progress monitoring, evaluating
Ensure protection of vulnerable persons is mainstreamed in all project activities
Identify vulnerable people and ensure they build resilience by providing timely, efficient and holistic services
Participates in the protection cluster activities and contribute significantly to development of relevant activities, including monitoring and assessment
Work closely with implementing partners to prepare and submit reports on approved frequency and timely basis to the Program Manager.
