About
I am a versatile training and administrative professional with over a decade of experience across education, HR, and office management. As a licensed TVET Trainer, I have facilitated training programmes, coordinated academic and institutional operations, and provided mentorship that empowers both learners and staff.
My career journey — from high school teaching, to training and administration, to serving as a Deputy Principal — has equipped me with strong skills in programme coordination, staff training, learner support, and organizational leadership. Alongside my education background, I have supported HR and office functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
During a career transition, I also founded and managed a pastry business, overseeing operations, customer service, and marketing. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened my adaptability, decision making, and organizational skills — qualities I continue to apply in my professional work. In addition, I actively volunteer with a church-based feeding programme at CITAM Buruburu, supporting children’s homes through food distribution, mentorship, and community engagement.
Some highlights of my career include:
Promoted from Trainer to Deputy Principal in under two years.
Expanding a workforce from start-up to 400 employees through effective training and management systems.
Successfully maintaining training operations as a coordinator/administrator during critical transitions.
Establishing student counselling programmes that improved learner wellbeing and retention.
I am passionate about building efficient systems, supporting people’s growth, and ensuring smooth operations. I bring adaptability, professionalism, and a results-driven approach to every role I take on — whether in training, administration, HR support, or programme coordination.
