• 18 Years working experience as a Nurse/ Midwife in Clinical Service.   • Assist with the development and writing of timely program activity reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and disseminate program success stories, and other reporting duties as assigned for adaptive learning such as the Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation sessions (CLA) with SBC-ACGs, Symposium, FGD, KII and surveys and award and recognition of SBC-ACGs, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively participated in the SBC-ACG gender integration activities to address identified gender and social norms serving as barriers to MNCH+N+CBS uptake.
  • Support the formation and nurturing of Women Empowerment Group (WEG)/ HASKEN MATA (WOMEN’S LIGHT) to build the capacity and agency for women to adopt priority MNCH+N behaviors, increase women’s confidence to discuss health and social issues with their spouse and provide opportunities for income generation, new knowledge and skills among women in the communities.
