I have four years of experience in data collection and three years in supporting vulnerable communities towards financial inclusion using the Development of Market Systems (DMS) approach through Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs). I also have significant experience in collecting complaints and managing groups of marginalized people and people with disabilities, particularly in community recovery contexts. I have strong expertise in facilitating training, workshops, and seminars, and in designing tools for managing credit groups within Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and microcredit programs, including: - Facilitating women's groups and connecting them with appropriate incubators (DMS). - Providing technical support and guidance in training VSLAs, VSLAs, rotating savings and credit associations (ROSCAs), and community remittances within vulnerable communities.
