First . . . You are motivated and working hard to get the "right" job. I have been a organiztion consultant and your situation is frustrating. There... is a pattern of seriously applying for and interviewing for jobs of interest. Over the years I have come to strongly believe that "doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result" just doesn't work. Take a look at how you interview . . . in some detail . . . how do you present yourself? Maybe you are too focused on your qualifications and don't make the kind of "connection" with the interviewer.
