  • a. Services. Consultant will perform lead generation services as reasonably requested by Company from time to time during the Term, including the following (the “Services”):
  • 2 Year contract project to generate leads for Covalent Bonds:
  • Compose and send emails to names in Hubspot to set up meetings (all emails to be pre-approved by Covalent Bonds in advance)
  • Inmail messages to LI contacts to set up meetings for Laura (all emails to be pre-approved by Covalent Bonds in advance)
  • Get LinkedIn contacts to register for content and therefore be in Hubspot (in GDPR compliant manner
  • Set up meetings in the calendar
  • Nurture prospects after meetings
  • b. Deliverables. The consultant will deliver the following Deliverables to the Company:
  • Understand our ICP and persona and be able to distinguish the correct target audience
  • Understand and apply our qualification criteria
  • Outreach to relevant contacts
  • Set up meetings
  • Nurture post meeting through to a sale
  • LinkedIn Lead Generation ;
  • Review connections made in the last year (I have downloaded the contacts created list)
  • Identify top target opportunities - companies and contacts that match our ICP and persona
  • Once they have connected, invite them to opt-in, subscribe to the newsletter, join a book club, or register for content (so they opt-in for GDPR and get captured in Hubspot). Transition communications from LI to Hubspot

  • Identify additional relevant contacts at Target Accounts who are not yet in Hubspot and develop the database
  • Identify similar personas at ICP companies, send a connection request on LinkedIn, and nurture through to a meeting

  • As people you have connected with on LI start to complete a form in HS to become GDPR compliant, contact them to set up a meeting
  • People that do not opt-in for content, send them a 1:1 email to try and get them opted-in to be held in the database and register for content

  • Review any new contacts created automatically in Hubspot for relevance and qualify them. Review with Laura. Once approved, outreach to set up a meeting
  • Review contacts that have not been touched for a year. If they match ICP and target persona, develop the list and review with Laura as potential Target Accounts
  • Post meetings:
  • Gerald to create a Deal in Hubspot if relevant (post-meeting) and continue the dialogue
  • Following the meeting, if no deal is created, but contact is still relevant (not “unqualified”) nurture to sell a contract
