"Although I never worked with Gavin professionally, I did have the pleasure of sitting in his classroom for two years as a student. Few teachers actually prepare you for college-level academia, however, Gavin is one of those few. He went above and beyond to encourage his students to think critically and ask insightful questions. His class always felt like a live discussion, rather than a lecture. As a matter of fact, it was his economics course that inspired me to pursue my degree in the subject. Gavin is an incredible teacher, leader, and mentor for young minds."
