I possess strong proposal writing skills, project cycle management, and administrative capabilities, complemented by experience in facilitating training, community mobilization, psychosocial support, and capacity building. I am adept at promoting adherence to policies and procedures, monitoring and evaluation, and employing holistic, decentralized, community-based approaches to protection.
