"I was driving through Uptown, looking at renovated houses. 2015. Came across one that had a crew working and a big ole Gary Timphony Contractor sign.
I went inside and 5 guys were busy doing drywall and flooring repair. When I asked for Gary, they said, ‘He’s gone to pick up…..’ whatever it was.

His Foreman gave me a quick tour of the job and some of the structural changes they’d made. Turns out Gary is an Engineer. Having played football at Tulane and holding an Engineering Degree puts him head and shoulders over other GCs. He KNOWS what he KNOWS! He doesn’t have to call anyone to make adjustments.
