  • I have negotiated MOU’s with three (3) County governments. I have also initiated the Njuri
  • Ncheke Cultural Centre project in Meru County. Coordinated the successful application of
  • development funds from Kenya Museum Society (KMS) for restoration and exhibition program
  • at Hyrax Hill museum. Managed a budget of 350 Million for development and maintenance of
  • Sites and Monuments annually. I have fund raised for projects in conservation country wide.
  • Currently working on agreements with Garissa and Mandera Counties for development programs.

  • Improved revenue generation for the stations through strategic management of the
  • museums and staff. Managed and administered a budget of Kshs. 6 million in a year for
  • the stations. Supervision and appraisal of 70 staff members within the stations.
  • Implemented system automation for revenue collection at the stations. Planned and
  • implemented two exhibitions of National significance. Implemented documentation and
  • digitization of collections at the museums. Develop partnerships with various
  • stakeholders including Amazon and Google. Developed cordial working relations with
  • Nairobi County government and partnerships for development of the heritage sector
