Gabriel brings into the world of work wide experience to steer up artisans returning to the education and training process, artisans who need recognition of skills acquired through informal and non-formal learning at work or in their community, artisans who intend to update/upgrade their skills in a particular qualification, artisans seeking retraining and artisans with qualifications invalidated by the KNQA and who intend to be certified in qualifications validated and approved in the Kenya National Qualifications Framework. Gabriel shall apply dual apprenticeship program to correct the existing historical disadvantages such as exclusion of certification for many artisans who have trained and gained skills through informal learning and many more Kenyans interested in blue collar jobs economy. I am also a trainer of trainers in SRHR and would like to partner with willing parties through Aktion Regen and provide the services professionally where we use a very unique approach using didactics methods.
