"It is with a lot of pleasure that I, Cocou Jaurès Amegnaglo, Assistant Professor in Agricultural Economics and Policy at the School of Agribusiness and Agricultural Policy, recommend Mr. Armand Frejuis AKPA. I came to know Mr. AKPA as he was my student (undergraduate) in microeconomics at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences of the University of Abomey-Calavi. He went well beyond the course requirements in the quantity and quality of marks, putting in a lot of extra effort. I feel confident that he will continue to succeed in his studies. Mr. AKPA is a dedicated student and thus far his grades have been exemplary. In class, he has proven to be a take-charge person who is able to successfully develop plans and implement them.
Mr AKPA used all his excellent capabilities to successfully achieve his graduate studies. He holds a Master Research Degree from the New Postgraduate Program of Interuniversity (NPTCI) in Applied Economics (Economics of Natural Resources and Environment) and a PhD in economics. His doctoral project focused on Financial inclusion as a mean of enhancing farmers adaptation to climate change in Benin. An interesting topic that searches to understand how adaptation of small farmers to climate change can be improved if credit constraints are removed? Overall, Mr. AKPA is highly motivated and smart and has shown a great understanding of the economy. Through the many discussions we held throughout the thesis redaction, he demonstrated an in-depth intellect that till now amazes me.
Mr. AKPA has an excellent communication skill with the ability to speak French. His written work is both clear and concise, as well as interesting to read. At a personal level, Mr. AKPA is a well-disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality.
It is for these reasons that I offer high recommendations for Mr. AKPA without reservation. If I can be of any further assistance, or provide you with any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
With best regards!
Yours faithfully!
