"I am unable to provide a positive recommendation for Franklin Wooten based on my experience working with him. During his time in the workplace, he arrived late on multiple occasions and demonstrated a lack of reliability and professionalism. He often did not function effectively as part of the team and regularly depended on coworkers to complete portions of his workload.

There were also multiple occasions when he was found asleep during work hours, and he was frequently on his phone while he was expected to be working. In my experience, he also appeared to spend significant time creating or becoming involved in workplace conflicts rather than focusing on his responsibilities and contributing to the team.

Overall, my experience with him was that he did not consistently demonstrate the reliability, teamwork, or professionalism expected in a workplace. I would not recommend him based on my direct experience working with him."
