  • I prepare project documentation (concept note, case studies and proposals), activity workplans, budgets and reports under the thematic areas of creative organizing, participatory leadership, and economic empowerment for our various activities.
  • I mobilize and train youth groups in climate resilience and adaptation mechanisms
  • which are sustainable in terms of community systems, critical infrastructure, land use, and
  • food systems, water management, health, and wellbeing.
  • I supervise and carry out data collection from the communities and service providers on gender responsive public service delivery in the field of water, education and health in the districts of Pakwach, Nebbi and Zombo.
  • I train youth in Pakwach district in contemporary debates on power, democracy, and good governance which led to them creating 2 short films showing the injustices they face in their societies.
  • I extend digital tools to communities in Pakwach district using a tricycle (moving library) where youth (especially young girls) learn computer literacy, read books, get updated information from the internet, and get school curriculum from their homes in the villages.

  •  I mobilized and facilitated the engagement of stakeholders during planning and development
  • meetings, workshop at the project field office.
  •  Trained and provided technical assistance to farmer groups on VSLA and monitored their
  • weekly savings.
  •  I wrote weekly reports and submitted them to my supervisor for compiling monthly reports.
