  • Develop annual work plan for Public Health (HIV/AIDs) Commodities logistics management coordination in the FCT.
  • ii. Facilitate monthly collection, collation, analysis, reporting and dissemination of logistics management information system (LMIS) data in the FCT.
  • iii. Organize bimonthly LMIS data review meetings of Logistics data officers from the six area councils and implementing partners supporting supply chain management system of HIV/AIDs commodities in the FCT.
  • iv. Review for quality the Combined Report, Requisition, Issue and Receipt Forms (CRRFs) and patient per regimen (PPR) reports submitted by health facilities in the FCT.
  • v. Facilitate bimonthly generation of Last Mile Distribution (LMD) matrix of HIV/AIDs commodities in the FCT.
  • vi. Coordinate the delivery of HIV/AIDs commodities to health facilities in the FCT.
  • vii. Review proof of delivery (POD) after distribution of HIV/AIDs commodities to health facilities in the FCT.
  • viii. Conduct monthly monitoring and supervisory visits (MSVs) to health facilities in the six Area Councils, and provide feedbacks.
  • ix. Participate in quarterly procurement and supply chain management (PSM) TWG meetings of key stakeholders working on Public Health (HIV/AIDs) commodities supply chain management system in the FCT.
  • x. Prepare quarterly stock status reports (QSSRs) for HIV/AIDs programme in the FCT.
  • xi. Compile and update the data base of HIV/AIDs commodities in the supply chain management system in the FCT.
  • xii. Organize and coordinate trainings (new and refresher) on logistics data management and SOPs for relevant health workers in the FCT.
  • xiii. Perform any other duties/tasks that may be assigned by the Logistics Focal Person and the Coordinator HIV/AIDs Control unit, Public Health Department.
