"I didnt quite like the lack of communication after the interview I had with the team. While the interview itself was a decent experience, I never received any follow-up regarding the outcome of my application. I also reached out to ask for an update but didn’t receive a response.

I understand that not every candidate can be selected, and rejection is part of the process. However, acknowledging candidates or providing a brief update after they’ve invested time in the interview demonstrates professionalism and respect. Better communication would have made for a much more positive experience."
