"I am delighted to recommend Euphemia Awour, an outstanding Project Officer I’ve had the privilege of working with.
Euphemia is that rare combination of exceptional skill, deep knowledge, and genuine compassion. She is highly competent, incredibly proactive, and truly self-driven. The kind of professional who not only delivers excellent results but consistently goes above and beyond while keeping people at the heart of everything she does.
Her strategic thinking, calm confidence under pressure, and ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels make her an absolute asset to any team or organization. Euphemia doesn’t just manage projects; she elevates them and everyone around her with her dedication, warmth, and quiet excellence.
She has my highest, most enthusiastic recommendation. Any team would be fortunate to have her."

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Euphemia for the past year while she worked as a school counsellor for Village Impact. During that time, I had the opportunity to supervise her for the first three months and found her to be an extremely valuable asset to the team.

One of the most notable characteristics of Euphemia is her resourcefulness and adaptability. She was able to fit seamlessly into the role with minimal orientation and quickly learned the nuances of handling the various challenges that arise in such a role. This is a testament to her quick learning abilities and her willingness to take on new challenges.

Euphemia's character and ethics are also of the highest caliber. She is very respectful in her interactions with people of all ages, both within and outside of the organization. She has a great ability to connect with people and build relationships, which is a key characteristic for any role that involves working with the public. In particular, Euphemia formed a bond with the chief of the community where she was stationed, which helped her to better understand and serve the needs of the community.

Euphemia's analytical thinking process is another strength that I have observed. She has a great ability to take a complex issue and break it down into manageable tasks. One example of this is a case of reported possible abuse in one of the schools. Euphemia's ability to ask the right questions helped us to get to the root of the situation and take the appropriate action.

During her orientation, Euphemia also showed her ability to gather relevant information that helped shape the way we work. For example, she started asking questions that led to an increase in the documentation we do in needs assessment. This shows her engagement in asking key questions and gathering relevant information that is critical for any role.

Euphemia was responsible for counselling school children and their parents in schools that Village Impact has helped build. For the first 3 months, she was visiting all the schools (13) but eventually, she was stationed in one of the schools. The quantity and quality of output generated by Euphemia were excellent. She handled a few critical cases in the school while she was visiting around all the schools. When she was stationed in one school, she was able to handle and create a rapport with parents and the community leaders very quickly. They started referring issues to her for counselling, which is a testament to her technical expertise.

Euphemia's strengths on the job include her passion for child protection practices, which is a plus in a role that includes interacting with children of various ages. She is also very friendly and proficient in getting school children to open up to her. There is always room for growth and development, but I believe that Euphemia has the potential to excel in any role she chooses to pursue.

In summary, I highly recommend Euphemia for any role she chooses to apply for. She is a resourceful, organized and quick learner who is respectful in her interactions with people of all ages. She has a great ability to connect with people and build relationships, and her analytical thinking process is a great asset. Her passion for child protection practices, technical expertise, and friendly attitude make her an excellent candidate for any role. I expect this level of performance from her 98% of the time."
