I can't tell you how many people raved over her mac and cheese alone, and when you have people raving over a side dish, you know the rest is going to be amazing. We had the blackened tilapia and Boursin-stuffed chicken as our main choices of protein and ohhhh man...they were both exquisite. A lot of people tell me that you just don't have the time to eat at your own wedding and maybe they just didn't have food like Erical's because that was not a problem for us! You always get compliments from people on food at a wedding, no matter how it is, but I can tell you firsthand it was outstanding. All of it.
