  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain schedules for department leadership, including physicians and directors.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Document Management
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records including confidential medical and personnel files.
  • Ensure timely distribution and filing of departmental documents.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with hospital administration, other departments, and external partners.
  • Field calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Oversee departmental calendars, room bookings, and event logistics.
  • Track and order office supplies, manage purchase orders and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff and maintain up-to-date departmental rosters.
