  • Monitoring of vaccine and input stocks in the central Warehouse using the e-SMT;
  • Drafting the request for special authorisation to import vaccines from the national pharmaceutical regulatory agency as soon as the pre-alert is received;
  • Receipt/unpacking and storage of vaccines and inputs in the national warehouse;
  • Drafting and sharing reports on the receipt of vaccines and inputs;
  • Monitoring consumption and stocks at regional and district levels;

  • Monitoring vaccine storage indicators using electronic temperature monitoring tools (Parsyl, VacLog);

  • For Round1 of the nVPO NIDs, I was responsible for coordinating the implementation of the logistics plan in conjunction with the partners, including supplying the 70 DS by land and by air. At the end of the campaign, I coordinated the reverse logistics of usable and unusable vials from the districts to the central level (warehouse and destruction site).
