"As a data clerk volunteer at Kiswa Health Centre III, Deogratias was responsible for a number of tasks e.g., entering data into databases, verifying data accuracy, organizing files, generating reports. He quickly became proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS and Stata. I was particularly impressed by his ability to identify and correct data entry errors, manage a large volume of records efficiently, create clear and concise reports.
Deogratias consistently exhibited positive qualities such as reliability, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and very strong communication skills. He approached every task with diligence and a proactive attitude, often going above and beyond to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
Furthermore, Deogratias demonstrated a strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and confidentiality. He adhered to all organizational policies and procedures, ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information.
