I have over nine years of expertise in managing community projects with inclination to gender equity, social inclusion and sexual and reproductive health rights. My technical expertise cuts across project design, implementation, control, monitoring and evaluation. I am certified Trainer of Trainers and have a rich experience in developing capacity building programs. I demonstrate exemptional leadership skills through founding and managing SADEN Community Based Organization and am currently pursuing Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation.
