"Elite Financial Team taught me things everyone should know but doesn't. I learned without judgement but full of understanding. I thought I knew about finances, but I learned so much more and feel so much more confident and knowledgeable in so many topics financial. I am no longer guessing or afraid to fill out a W4, I know what it means, and I had always filled it out how it was recommended without full knowledge understanding how or why. Not only do I now know how to, but I understand how to figure it out. I am floored that I can share this knowledge with my kids and they now can fill their own out KNOWING. I thought I was afraid to invest because I was frugal, but I am no longer afraid, I'm less apprehensive because I am now making an educated decision versus a blind guess. I am so grateful for Elite Financial Team, the knowledge has led me to be less stressed about financial matters and my family sees it. Thank you Elite Financial Team!!! "

"I am excited to share my heartfelt recommendation for the Educational Finance Training (EFT) program, which has profoundly enriched my understanding of finances while beautifully intertwining elements of Tongan culture into the learning experience.

From the very first class, I was captivated by how EFT not only focused on essential financial concepts but also embraced the rich traditions and values of the Tongan community. The instructors skillfully integrated cultural references and perspectives, making the lessons relatable and meaningful. The emphasis on communal support and respect for elders resonated deeply, reflecting the Tongan way of life and how we value relationships and community in our financial decisions.

One of the standout features of the EFT program is its holistic approach to finance. Instead of viewing financial literacy as a standalone skill, the classes highlighted the importance of understanding our cultural context. We explored how Tongan values, such as generosity and communal responsibility, can influence our financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies. This perspective helped me appreciate the balance between individual financial goals and the responsibilities we hold to our families and communities.

The interactive nature of the classes allowed for engaging discussions, where we shared personal stories and experiences related to finances within our Tongan culture. This not only fostered a sense of community among participants but also provided practical insights into applying financial concepts in ways that honor our cultural heritage.

Through EFT, I gained essential skills in budgeting, saving, and investing that I can confidently apply in my life. The program also equipped me with tools to navigate financial challenges while keeping my cultural values at the forefront.
