Ms. Iskandarova worked in the Central Accounting and Reporting Division (CAR) of USAID from approximately 2005 to 2015. During that time, I was her direct supervisor. She was an outstanding employee. Ms. Iskandarova worked in the Funds Control Branch of CAR, one of the most complicated functions of CAR. Ms. Iskandarova learned very quickly and performed her duties flawlessly. She was very smart and very hardworking. She was always up for a new challenge. She was well liked by her fellow employees, and this together with her all-around competence made her a pleasure to work with. In addition to her qualities of intelligence, industriousness, and eagerness to learn new skills, Ms. Iskandarova smiled all the time and this made her a joy to work with.
