    He has held several... leadership positions in graduate chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Most recently, he served the Columbia (SC) Alumni Chapter as president and youth mentorship program coordinator. He is also a charter member and elected officer of the Zeta Alumni Association, which fosters a strong network for members initiated into the Zeta Chapter. Across these roles, he has demonstrated an ability to lead effectively and help organizations achieve their goals.

"Elbert Pringle is a good friend and my fraternity brother that I know to be a natural leader. I have known him for over 30 years and have seen him grow into a fine leader in all aspects of his life; as a husband, father, & a professional . He is a retired, decorated officer of the US Air Force where he has served in numerous organizations across the globe. He is currently a civilian employee of the USAF.

Throughout his career, Elbert has continued to enhance his professional career by pursuing formal education. He recently received his PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton in December 2024. Elbert attained this degree while working full time in South Carolina.

In addition to his professional & academic career, Elbert is also a dedicated leader in civic organizations. He has served in a number of positions in graduate chapters of our fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., most recently in the Columbia (SC) Alumni Chapter where he served in roles as chapter president & youth mentorship program coordinator.
