I firmly believe in participatory leadership style and community involvement as a way of achieving strategic objectives for organizations aiding conflict-affected populations. I have worked in Borno, and Adamawa States in Northeast Nigeria implementing Camp management (IM, CRM, site facilitation) and M&E projects in communities. I possess good knowledge of the terrain, local context people, and culture in Northeast Nigeria. I am a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, at the same time find new ways to solve problems. I seek ways in adding value and developing the organization where I work by creating cultures of collaboration and teamwork, with a proven ability to foster relationships with communities, beneficiaries, partners, clusters working groups, and key stakeholders. I am flexible and have a good ability to adapt to any working environment. Experienced with different implementation strategies and basic compliance of FCDO, NMFA, OFDA, DEVCO, ECHO, USAID and UN donor-funded programs
