  • I began my career as a Customer Service Assistant, managing email correspondence for Amazon and eBay seller accounts and resolving customer issues related to their orders. After a year, I expanded my responsibilities to include handling customer service emails and resolving order issues for Walmart Accounts, Puritan's Pride Japan, Puritan's Pride Mexico, and Invel. In addition to customer service, I create content for the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I also manage the dispatch of marketing emails and update website banners using Shopify. My role includes updating product variations, correcting listing errors, and optimizing product listings on Walmart. I track orders using Shipstation and Monday Board, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. I monitor Walmart’s On-Time Delivery Date and Valid Tracking Rate to maintain the seller account's performance, and I create cases for Walmart to address shipment issues. I developed a Monday Board for tracking refunded and shipped Walmart orders. My responsibilities also involve updating social media content for Invel using Canva, updating the price list for Amazon Australia and eBay, and creating content for Proud Origins to be uploaded on TikTok. I adjust prices on the Puritan’s Pride Mexico website to reflect current market conditions and ensure accurate inventory quantities on Amazon Australia. I maintain the listing quality dashboard for Amazon Australia by fixing errors and adding information. Additionally, I complete various ad-hoc tasks such as obtaining correct CPF information from customers, informing them about order changes, filing disputes with Walmart for damaged returned items, registering campaigns on TikTok, and creating discounts through Shopify.
