Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and adheres to building codes and regulations. 6. Responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on the construction site. 7. Ensures effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and progress. As a Licentiate Architect: 1. Involved in creating architectural designs and drawings for buildings, considering both aesthetics and functionality. 2. Ensure that designs comply with local building codes and regulations. 3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into design concepts. 4. Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, and other specialists to integrate their expertise into my architectural plans. 5. Responsible for creating visual representations, such as 3D models or architectural renderings, to present my designs to clients and other stakeholders. 6. Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals on from relevant authorities to start construction based on my architectural plans. 7. Involved in overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented as intended.
