"Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend or endorse this individual professionally or as a candidate for public office.

I paid him $2,500 to conduct an assessment and provide a completed report. The assessment was never completed. The report I eventually received contained no photographs and did not include the complete documentation I had paid for. My subsequent business inquiries have largely gone unanswered.

I was also concerned by the contract language, which appeared to give him a right to receive or endorse funds from my insurance settlement in addition to the $2,500 assessment fee. When I attempted to obtain clarification and completion of the work, he stated that internet service was unavailable at all three of his business locations. I was unable to independently verify that explanation. Additionally, a telephone number associated with the business connected me to “Mike’s Towing,” rather than the professional business he represented himself as operating.

These statements reflect my personal experience and the records in my possession. In my opinion, accepting payment without completing the contracted assessment, failing to provide supporting photographs, using unclear insurance-payment language, and remaining unresponsive demonstrate poor professional judgment and a lack of accountability. For those reasons, I would not hire, recommend, or politically support him."
