I am a public health graduate with trusted, patient focused and experienced substitute doctor, desire to build a successful career while supporting service delivery to vulnerable communities in health requirements, by successfully diagnosing, treating and managing their illness. Interpersonal skills along with other healthcare professionals. Strong communication skills with ten years’ experience in health project management, hospital management, TB program management, experienced of working normal surgery and capacity building design. Goal oriented with excellent reporting and presentation skills in English and Somali languages. Currently working with MSF an Emergency Deputy Coordinator, Covering Sool, Mudug and Jubaland state of Somalia. Worked Nutrition in detention Officer supporting Detention activities in North Sub-delegations, in 2017 also worked with ICRC as an emergency Field officer based in Kismayo. Am familiar with ICRC Mandate and its intervention strategies Worked with Action against Hunger as a Health and Nutrition Program Manager in Baidoa- South west state of Somalia, leading multi-donor health and Nutrition Projects. Worked with World vision international under Global Fund TB Program based in Garowe Puntland Somalia in 4 years, during that time I have grown in terms of career and acquired extensive experience in Managing TB Grant in Somalia with very good experience of program implementation and coordination skills. Worked with Commitato Collaboration Media as Program officer/Area representative – during my that time, I was representing CCM-Italy in all UN/INGO and Government institutions, negotiated government on number of Program implementation arrangement across the country. Worked with Ministry of Health – department of public health as Malaria program officer based in Garowe, Somalia, served as field staff for strategy implementation of mass program for malaria about the initial assessment in the remote areas in Somalia, specifically Puntland districts. In addition to my public Health work, I have been engaged in facilitation roles with trainings and capacity building program in Puntland health project staffs through which I have established extensive capacity building training, served as general doctor with busy community surgery providing primary medical care to patients from the local community visiting General hospital.
