I met in 3 years ago in Mbale National Regional Hospital when I was referred by his fellow physician at a certain Private health facility also in Eastern Uganda. My Son was diagnosed with Oestimalities of the left leg that needed urgent surgery or else the poor Boys leg will be amputated.
