"Back in March or April of 2020, while I was recovering from knee surgery and undergoing physical therapy for it, I started noticing a combination of symptoms that were unfamiliar or unusual. My daughter, who knew Dr. Jefferson reached out on my behalf to her expressing concerns about me. Although her practice did not deal with what I was experiencing, she took the time to reach out to me on her own time and conducted an over the phone interview with me. She concluded that I had Covid. That was subsequently confirmed by a follow up with my internist. This experience showed me that Dr. Jefferson was a caring individual who was on top of what was happening in the medical field and was a great diagnostician. She advised me to follow up with my doctor which helped me deal with this in a timely manner."
