Although at times she can be a little challenging when she gets determine to succeed, however the end results, everyone comes out a winner. In other words, she is a team player but everyone is going to know their roll and she is going to ensure you will do it or she will train until you do.
I yet to see her fail. She does not give up. Although we don't always see eye to eye and we have loud voices conversations, at the end of the day I want an educated, a professional a go getter and a problem solver on my team.
