"The management staff is friendly and helpful. The maintence orders are handled quickly. My floor is is quiet and cleanned on a regular basis. My only complaint is that there isn't an online payment system. You have to submit rent via money order/cashiers check in person. This can be a major inconvenience if you travel often."

"I lived there for a year, and I constantly heard about packages being stolen from people’s doors. On the day of my move, I experienced a major theft inside my own apartment—someone took all my furniture while I was downstairs handling the moving truck.

No one ever took responsibility. There are no security cameras, which is unbelievable for a building like that, and they never made any effort to help me look for my belongings inside the building or offer any support.

On top of that, when it was time to move out, they practically kept my entire deposit, claiming they found damages, even though the apartment was in perfect condition.
In short, I do not recommend this place."

"Excellent place to live. Staff have always been very accommodating and helpful for any questions or concerns, and renewing my lease has been easy. The apartment building is clean and conveniently located, and the unit itself is modern, bright, and spacious"

"The best part of this building is the employees, all super nice and good people. I love my home and my apartament. I do wish some small things were different like security to get in the building, better walls than thin ones haha (but this all miami apartments is mainly thin wall), but overwall I like."
