"I don't know Dot well, though we've over the past twenty odd years at festivals and parties and, more recently, in connection with our mutual friend Raga, to whom Dot has always been very kind and caring. Raga is now old and dealing with dementia. Dot has on more than one occasion giving freely of his time to accompany her in a carer role on some of her hare-brained missions. He's an intelligent, open-minded creative person and an original artist. We share an interest in positive aspects of the transformative prime number "23". In case that makes him sound too weird, I should add that he's perfectly capable of behaving as sensibly as anyone I know."
