  • 1. Lead in defining the Child Protection thematic direction including developing the CP thematic strategy, its implementation, and participating in its Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • 2. Participate in fundraising initiatives for Early Childhood and Parenting Initiatives and other related including integrated programs for young people.
  • 3. Provide technical input and review all documentation that relates to early interventions on family strengthening including for other thematic areas that have integrated Child Protection, including; Reports and Activity
  • 4. Build the capacity of staff and partners on early childhood, family strengthening, child rights, and others relating to education specifically early learning.
  • 5. Identify, initiate, and maintain contacts on behalf of the organization with all Early Childhood and Parenting platforms for networking, technical input, and advocacy purposes at the national level.
  • 6. Ensure adherence of staff and partners to approved plans and budgets.
  • 7. Document and capture evidence for early childhood and parenting advocacy through Policy briefs, Fact sheets, Reports, Briefing Notes, and future Referencing for Replication for different audiences.
  • 8. Work with district teams to map and maintain links between formal and non-formal CP, Early Childhood and Parenting Service Providers, and stakeholders.
