"First, I met Dmitry at Severodonetsky Stekloplastic Ltd more than 15 years ago. Dmitry is a strong personality with deep theoretical and practical knowledge in engineering, chemistry, and project management. His practical experience in laboratory research/technical department along with his direct administration and participation in many ongoing technical and innovative research projects made a great contribution to the development of new production concepts and business functions of the company. As the Head of R&D department, Dmitry introduced several completely new products, updated production technologies, and put new equipment and raw materials into operation.
His technical background enables him to be an effective liaison between engineers and non-technical audiences. He can explain complex technical issues to groups ranging from the business owner and marketing manager down to the technical engineer.
For me, as for the marketing/sales manager, it was a great pleasure to cooperate with Dmitry. In his person, I could always find support and receive all recommendations necessary for my projects. His positive attitude helped to create a pleasant teamwork environment.
Dmitry has a great ability to motivate and encourage his colleagues to achieve new goals and to be open to new objectives.
