I am a human resource management professional with more than 10 years of experience. I possess extensive work experience with international nonprofit agencies. I have always excelled in the areas of human resource information system, contract management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment relations management, learning and development, compensation and rewards management, policies, staff care, mentorship and coaching of teams. I am hands-on, organized, and firm even under high work pressure. I have worked so far with several international humanitarian agencies, including with the Catholic Relief Services, International Rescue Committee, East African Playgrounds. As a senior management team member, I contribute directly to the strategic human resources (HR) direction for the CP in support of high-quality programs serving the poor and the vulnerable. My passion for diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace has greatly improved positive work environment and culture in our office. The critical experiences I have gained while working with international humanitarian agencies in multicultural/multiracial settings have shaped the way I treat the human resource (HR) profession and how I view practice in the ever-changing world.
