  • Working as an IT Lead- Scrum Master for affordable health care allowed me the opportunity provided customer satisfaction. Optum allowed me to build my own team to create a one stop shop integrated eligibility healthcare application that allowed consumers to shop for QHP CHIP, Snap, Tanif, Wic, that is sold to states currently. Using creativity to take senior leadership thoughts and turn them into visions and designs for approval to enhance the lives of consumers was my introduction to the healthcare industry from financial services.

  • ✔ Developed and fostered close relationships with senior leadership to help develop the roadmap for the buildout of Integrated Eligibility from the company’s Value functions and Quality Measures.

Led the research of all rules and over saw programming of the rules for the I.E application which is a solution sold across the country to 17 states not within the exchanges.
