"C/Lt Col Declan Sacks is a graduate of the University of Rocky Mountain Region Cadet Leadership School (RCLS), Class of 2024, held at the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School. During his attendance, I served as the Deputy Cadet Commander, providing me with the opportunity to directly observe his leadership, character, and performance throughout the course.
