"Although I do not serve alongside him in the military, I have had the privilege of watching my brother grow into the man and leader he is today as a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army. From my perspective, his character and work ethic are evident in everything he does.

One quality that has always stood out to me is his precision and attention to detail. He approaches responsibilities thoughtfully and carefully, which speaks to the level of professionalism he carries not only in his career but in his everyday life. From what I have observed, he is someone people can rely on—steady, responsible, and committed to doing things the right way.

I have also seen in him strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. He naturally thinks through challenges, looks for practical solutions, and is not afraid to approach situations with innovation and creativity when needed. These traits seem to be a natural part of how he operates.

Another thing that stands out about him is his ability to connect with people. His social awareness and natural networking ability allow him to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with others, which I imagine is an invaluable strength in both leadership and teamwork.

While my perspective comes from outside the military environment, what I see clearly is a man who takes his role seriously, carries himself with integrity, and strives to do his best in all that he does. I am incredibly proud of him, and proud of the way he represents himself, his family, and his service."
