As Business Process Specialist with over 15 years of military operations, 6 combined years of education and civic service experience I bring productivity, customer satisfaction, team building, and current ERP functionality expertise. ERP and software include but not limited to: SAP, VIAS, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Visio, Smart Sheets, and Droplet. I pride myself on my analytical expertise in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting the data collected by my organization. My continuous involvement in districts cross-functional teams allow me to accurately document, report, and present findings that ensures equity and compliance. I’m a 15.5-year Army Veteran, graduate of American Military University with a B.A. in Reverse Logistics Management, and M.Ed., Teaching Special Education.
