Our manager frequently assigned us workloads meant for two people, confident in Daniel’s ability to deliver. Long hours and late evenings were common, yet Daniel consistently approached every challenge with focus and determination. Working alongside him was deeply motivating , no matter how complex the task, he always found a solution.
Daniel is the kind of professional who invests in his own growth without hesitation. He once used his own paycheck to enroll in Cisco courses so he could better prepare for software the company was considering adopting. He consistently went above and beyond expectations. One moment that stands out was when our company hired a technician from Vietnam to debug our system. Two days before the technician arrived, Daniel spent over 36 hours learning the platform and successfully built a 100-seat call center system in a single weekend.
This achievement remains a proud moment for us, and a clear reflection of Daniel’s dedication, technical excellence, and work ethic. As our former manager Ms. Nga often said, Daniel is the backbone of the Training & IT department. I genuinely cannot think of a challenge Daniel would not be able to handle. "
