I am highly motivated when it comes to inclusive teaching as I have worked in one of the primary schools named Brookdale primary as a remedial educator. My responsibilities were nurturing learners in the co-curriculum and extra-mural activities. I have worked in university of Zululand in chemistry department as a tutor for students doing first year. Currently I work at Department of education in South Africa as a Physical sciences teacher, teaching grade 10, grade 11 as well as grade 12, where I extensively involve myself in classroom management, monitor learners achievements accordingly. Teaching grade 12 (matric) in the year 2020 with 72 learners I obtained 97% pass rate, 2021 with 104 learners managed to obtain 82% pass rate then in the year 2022 with 95 learners I obtained 92% pass rate hence certificate of achievements are attached. My objective is to apply the skills, knowledge and abilities I have acquired through my experience to solely enhance learners knowledge in comprehending scientific techniques and knowledge as required by the employer, furthermore enhance career, aspiration by accumulating more practical experience at the workplace. I am highly motivated to accept responsibility and solution orientated through work approach. My open minded and friendly personality allow me to relate well to people, coordinate activities and resources. Through my experience I have developed a passion in teaching through interaction with learners and school environment more conducive for me. I believe that science teaching is a good weapon to defeat enhancing minds of our future leaders (learners). My experience in teaching have taught me on how to be an inclusive educator and uses intrinsic approach. Teaching and learning must always be aligned with Assessment and Learning Outcomes. I believe on teaching that is not social sterile and a teacher may not teach to assess or teach for an exam but rescue learners with better understanding of Science. They are various quandaries in teaching, but solely believes that it is my calling to teach diverse number of learners with confident in changing their lives forever. Assisting learners on clarifying practical manual in laboratory. Marking students work book and practical experiment reports. Creating strategies for unemployed customers to avoid accumulation of charges on the outstanding balance. Preparing report for unemployed customers.
