"I have worked with Ms. Castro off-and- on for about four months now. What I can say about Ms.Castro so far, is all positive things, and she has definitely earned that! She is someone that doesn't only do her job for the money. She actually cares about what she does. She is very passionate about her work, and I tell her this all the time. She is always in full uniform, and her attitude is always work-ready. She treats everyone with respect. Also, not only does she correct us as guards when we are wrong. She is helpful and informing, and willing to train if she sees an area that a guard may be weak in. She always greets and says goodbye to all of her guards via the radio, making sure to always let us know that she appreciates us. Aside from work, she is a very compassionate caring person."
