"In the years I’ve known Curtis Ballard, he has always put maximum effort towards any project, willingness to go above and beyond and the discipline to see such project finished. His work ethic is beyond and as a friend he’s always reachable through a phone call away. I recommend him to any endeavor he puts his mind to or that he’s called upon."

"I am actually surprised I received a message from this website about THIS person. I will be as accurate as a I can.

I worked with Curtis Ballard for a few years when I was a case manager for Community Reconstruction Housing. While I could say he expressed considerable interest in the children from our respective caseloads. He was a videographer or something to that degree and used those tools to teach the children a useful technological skill. Curtis loved to engaged in unprofessional behavior by inappropriately hitting on female employees sat Apollo Middle school where our caseloads were, while he himself being married. I only know because the affected individuals would share that information with me when he was not around. They also managed to divulge the comments he would make about behind my back. He had time for these interactions but was ALWAYS late with his case notes every week. inefficient and unprofessional, and far from leadership material. This is how I would describe Curtis.

As a coworker and colleague, he left much to be desired. Curtis took it upon himself to become non-communicative and engage in juvenile behavior with coworkers to isolate me from the team (with equally immature peers). It was quite eye-opening to see that physiologically grown people resort to high school behavior once they have decided there is a coworker who is different from them. Curtis Ballard is not someone I would recommend on ANY level. Just a emotionally unintelligent person who I would not work with again.

He has growing up to do and I hope he does. SCORE = 1 = VERY BAD"
