"Subpar workmanship, already had to get electrical addressed as lights and outlets quit working. None of the flooring laid properly, left a giant hole where old ac unit stood and never even mentioned it would be there. Couldn't drill a hole in a door properly for a dead bolt, killed stability of both exterior doors and you see gaps, looks like 5 year old did the work. Grout, don't have him do, unless you want to still be cleaning up after him. Issues started immediately after we moved in and Cristian blew us off multiple times. Good job taking advantage of the disabled, that's the only thing he did right"
